The metal construction is lighter than I expected, so it doesn't weigh down my project bag. Works great for quickly checking seam allowances on quilting pieces without flipping out a ruler—saves me a ton of time.

I use this little metal guide to keep my seams straight when sewing quilt blocks, and the magnetic strip is strong enough to stay put even on my heavy-duty machine. Makes switching between ¼-inch and ⅝-inch allowances quick and hassle-free.

The metal construction gives it a nice solid weight, and the measurements are clearly etched so I don't need my reading glasses. It's perfect for quickly checking seam allowances while sewing.
